Fact of the day: It was on this day in 1996 that David Packard (born 1912) died. He was co-founder of Hewlett-Packard. The company split to leave the major part of the company retaining the HP name to manufacture computer products, and Agilent which further split to form Keysight to focus on test and measurement equipment.
