Fact of the day: It was on 6th March 1896 that Bayer, a German pharmacetical company registered aspirin as a trademark.

Point to ponder: The Warsaw radio mast was the tallest structure in the world standing at 646 metres (2120 feet) high, it was used for broadcasting on the long wave broadcast band until it collapsed on 8th Aug 1991. Now the tallest structure is the KVLY-TV mast just outs
